With the new item ML recalculation system, will Masterful Craftsmanship apply the -2 ML reduction?

Doesn't seem to be applying. My level 9 toon's outfit with Masterful Craftsmanship on that she is wearing (which was level 8) now has a red border and is level 10. All the attributes are still applying but I am not going to remove it as I'm fairly sure I wont be able to re-equip it.
Edit: On looking at another toon, level 7, her crafted +2 armor of invulnerability with a colorless slot (no MC) has gone up to level 10. so it has gone up at least 3 levels. (Not totally sure whether it was level 6 or 7 before).
So I now have 2 toons with crafted armor that is above their level. It's possible therefore that MC is still working and the level 9 toons armor would be even higher without it. Can anyone else confirm that?

Interesting - would be nice to know if it is just a ML display issue or you were just fortunate? :)
As someone who spends a lot of time crafting items with Masterful Craftsmanship, this change is of some concern.

On my Ring of the Slayer my masterful shard is working just fine.
Same goes for the House C Robes on my monk. Minimum level is adjusted down by 2 just like normal.
If something of yours has a Master shard on it and its ML feels like it went up, try making sure the new ML formula didn't just turn the true value to what the original item was up by a few levels before your Master shard takes effect.
I'm not personally sure all that was "corrected" with ML, but I do know all my favorite items seem to be fine, each of which has a Masterful Craft shard on it : )

Both my ML12 and my ML16 Frozen tunics with masterful are ML12 and ML16, alas. May have been because they were in the TR cache, instead of in inventory when the change happened.
