Reduced to 10% doubleshot, Arcane Archer tree capstone.
Correction: Reduced to 10% doubleshot which is only effective for 50 seconds out of every 2 minutes if invoking Manyshot every 2 minutes assuming you have less than +100% Doubleshot.

Doubleshot is a very poor ability for a Pure Ranger and almost utterly worthless for a Monkcher utilizing a 10K/Manyshot 2 minutes cycle since it is only active for 10 seconds. out of every 120.
