Consider Tempest Capstone with Slaying Arrows

Pure Ranger:
Arcane Archer 36 points spent – Last 6 points spent in 5th tier
Tempest 41 points spent for Tempest Capstone – Ignore 5th tier
Deepwood sniper – 3 points spent to increase positive healing
Feats: 7 (8 for human)
Precision, PBS, Improved crit – ranged, Improved crit – melee
Empower Heal, ( two other feats like dodge or mobility or quicken…etc )
Human – PA, C, GC; opens up OC
Idea is to have slaying arrows and still keep excellent tempest capstone with utilizing the benefits of both trees.

What do you guys think? Combining the best of the ranger tree in one build.

Once the capstone is fixed sure. Now? I don't think so.

The tempest capstone really sucks unless you have a lot of double strike to begin with. By alot I mean monk values, making it too expensive for rangers.

It's value is only when you double strike with your main hand not for your total double strike.

You are better off spending points in the Human and DWS trees than going up there.
