With all the massive changes being made it would be nice to get time to plan.

Oh well, I've got 35 toons on one account on Khyber so redoing those should take a month or so. See you in game in October maybe.

Im in IT. when calculating how long something is going to take, i add up the time's and double. always. never been short of time yet. And this comment above is the reason i do it.

I know we are still within the 7AM - 10 AM downtime window but I wanted to give the Devs an early heads up regarding a possible connectivity issue.

I have downloaded the update files.

After restarting my Launcher, as of 9:20 AM EST I receive the following error message:

"Failed to read authentication response[err: unexpected end of file][line: 1][col: 1]"

FYI in case this is a more serious issue that prevents others from logging into the game.

according to the technical issues page, thats a message that pops up when the servers are down and or in maintenence. while for me its 40 min past the window, its still happening. i assume like most other server things its just taking longer than we were told it would.
