Improved Crit Throwing and Ninja Master not stacking?

Ninja Master is not working properly, equipping a shuriken extends the crit range from 20 to 18-20, but Ninja Master has no effect on crit threat at all. The lowest crit roll I could achieve with both Ninja Master and Improved Crit was 19, no lower.

Halfling Master Thrower also appears to have no effect on Crit Threat with Improved Crit, will update this post with pending tests without Improved Crit.

Sidenote: Halfling racial bonus to widen Crit threat is a competence bonus, so I would assume it would not stack with Ninja Master (also a competence bonus but +2 Crit threat not 1), but if this is also not working as intended and they should stack then this is also a bug.

It appears these two bonuses to crit threat are not working properly. Equipping a shuriken extends the crit range from 20 to 18-20, but Improved Crit seems to have no effect on crit threat at all. The lowest crit roll I could achieve was 18, no lower.

Examining the shuriken shows a crit range of 18-20x2 but you WONT get critical confirmation rolls on 18s even with improved crit.


The enhancement is NOT WORKING AT ALL, except in display.

Went on Lam to re-test, fixing typos in the OP on the issue (18 should have been 19, incorrect source for crit threat referenced)
