Times got hit under 50% hp - ~at least 40
Times Defensive Roll actually proc'ed - Exactly 0.

I've seen it work perfectly fine against monsters with no issues.

defensive roll reduces the damge you take while under 50% health by 50% mate not completely ignore the damge otherwise it would be rediclouosly overpowered (i hit 110~ reflex on lama land fairly easily).
