[question] Paladin Action Boosts, do they share same cooldown/cd?

I am thinking about adding both armor class and saves boosts from paladin class. so i can get both [paladin armor class boost i] and [paladin attack boost i] together.

A) can i use both at the same time? like how if i have a human paladin, i can use [paladin armor class boost i] with [human versatility attack i].

B) or do they share the same cooldown as in if i used [human versatility armor class boost i] all my [human versatility] abilities go on cooldown as well.

It would have to be human adaptability attack and Paladin armor for it to work. 2 of the same class/origin won't work together.
I'm not sure how EDestinys work in this through (the boosts Leg.Dreadnought give for example)
