There's the Wisdom to Hit/Dmg Qstaff from Restless Isles

It also leaves MinII or Crit based weapons out to adhere to Wolf Form's Crit Profile

Personally, i went with a LitII scimitar for heroic leveling. For Epic, i haven't reached yet so i dont know.

For undead, I used a Holy of undead Bane Qstaff but would probably go with just a Club if i did it again since I slot the shield with combustion.

Any weapon with a Red augment slot is great for me as it can take care of slotting that Devotion or even Combustion/Glaciation item

Depends on many, many things.
Are we talking a caster druid? AA druid? TWF? THF? Wolf? Unarmed?

Then I generically state the best caster weapon and best one handled melee weapon. I seldom ever bother with range, and shield is a toss up between Wall of Wood and Alchemical based on the rest of your gear.

Besides the list of weapons that are the best to have anyway, here are two that are fairly easy to get, and are good to use for generic leveling (in wolf form).

The Sinew Bow makes a great melee weapon in wolf form for late heroics (if you have the proficiency for it).

The dagger of the high priestess, or whatever the exact name is, makes for a good epic leveling weapon with -1 con and wis per hit, Imp Paralyzing, spell power bonus, and can be used with a shield.

For everything else, there are too many variables. Generally, what works good for other characters will work good with a druid. You just have more options due to wolf form. (I would say animal form, but hardly anybody uses bear except for dancing)

The con and wis makes it great for normal but suck for anything harder. Sacrificial dagger is better in melee for level drain. Still trying to find a con version.

They each have their strengths.

Get both of them, and call it a day.

I do not think the blade 'sucks' in comparison to the dagger. There are many situations where I would rather use the blade, and when I need dps, I would try to use something better than the dagger, but that is just me.

Yeah, that is really what you want, but I figured anybody who had that, and/or multiple greensteel would not need advice about what to equip, so I listed a couple items that work really well, are easy to aquire, and are not as well known.

I'm going to go with my own preference, as a wolf form melee type.

Levelling, just something with a nice bunch of effects... if a TR then a radiance greensteel can be nice. Also, the fang of siberys combined with reaving roar can be absolutely devastating in the 16-20 range.
After level 20 the sacrificial dagger is great vs. many mobs for the level drain, and aiming for a Nightmare to replace it (which has the bonus of vampirism) is a very good bet, or sireth is nice but then will have the drawback of not being able to use a shield for extra PRR & doublestrike (assuming you're built that way). Again, anything with a good collection of effects, the multi-effect prefix & suffixes are great too... my personal favourite on my own character is a desert sand dagger of heavenly wrath (single best lootgen item i've found).

Oh, and though it's not a weapon, a ToD ring slotted with holy burst can help with a lot of DR bypassing & try to get yourself a golden guile or something else with improved deception, will help with the sneak attacks & improve the DC of baiting bite for more sneak attacks that way too.

I actually like the quarterstaff for early leveling combined with Shillelagh +1[W] is a good bonus at early levels

Midlevel - I preferred the Sword and board to be able to combine both melee effects (main hand) and caster effects (shield)

Later Levels - I went back and forth with a Force Rahl's might and S&B depending on what roll. But that was as much for the Alignment bypass of the weapon as for the force damage.

Still testing out at Epic Levels. Do like the various daggers that have level drain and paralyze options. However, if I found the right Q-Staff it could make just as much sense. especially where DPS vs boss is concerned.

This really isn't bad for a melee either if you can make it

When my melee druid reached level 20 this weapon was great http://ddowiki.com/page/Stout_Oak_Walking_Stick and with shillelagh the base dmg is very good.

At 25 he is using sireth, dreampiercer, twilight and pinion.

fyi shillelagh works on twilight.

If you're talking about using that in Wolf/bear form and getting wis to hit, doesn't work. A dev was nice enough to clarify here- https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/380525-Wolf-Form-weapon-questions#post4552596

It's great for casters/healer for when they run totally out of SP and don't want to be completely useless :P

assuming you are in animal form it's the sacrificial dagger - hands down. the level drain goes off constantly and wipes out mobs quickly.

for bosses, lots of random gen stuff is good - I use holy of mauling. The beauty is that you can get it nice n cheap on some rubbish like a dager or club. Holy burst of Radiance is quite nice too, but i rarely swap out the sacrificial dagger.

epic Kronzek's is kinda junk and not vastly different to a scintillating weapon from random loot gen. - d6 maiming.. how very exciting... in fact, a scintillating of hemorrhaging, lacerating, pure good or whatnot would be better..

Skullsmasher? seriously? what utter junk. Again, a random wep from AH would be far better. not to mention druids aren't proficent with that wep and would suffer penalties.

Offhand a seeker +10 of superior parrying shield is extremely nice.
