UPDATE: We have resolved the issue and Turbine Point bundles are once more able to be purchased. Thanks for your patience and we'll see you in game!

We are aware of an issue that may prevent players from purchasing Turbine Point bundles, and we are currently working to resolve it. Thanks for your patience!

well it might have been resolved for some but as for me i still cant pay with either my credit card nor my paypal.. it tells me that there have been an error each time and that i should wait a few minutes before trying again

did you reconfirm your credit card/paypal in https://myaccount.turbine.com ? I believe that was a necessary step after the forum upgrade in order to use the store.

I tried to update my info, and I too am getting an error message and the phone for account management is not accepting calls.

yea updated and all and still bugged out.. have been able to subscribe to VIP on the card but apparently i cant get points using the ingame store.

Ok, you have fixed a way for you guys to get our money immediately.

Meanwhile there is still no fix or awesomium process running so many times on our comps.....many people still can not play the game or stay connected once they are in....................Turd-Bine has done it again! Wasted thousands upon thousands of human being's lives today once again! I know this is not "their fault" but this game has/had so many bugs that end up costing us time there is no wonder the server pops are continuing to drop so precipitously. They will not combine servers because they want us to buy server transfers/ they know starting on a new server with a new toon would lead to more spending of Turbine Points than usual. They care not for us even one iota, they just want every single possible dollar they can bleed from us by giving us the lames possible product at all times................I fear it is time to leave this game and just play console games

This issue has either not been fixed, or another similar issue has arisen. I, and other people, are unable to purchase Point bundles from the DDO store.

I have been able to in the previous weeks without trouble and have spent hundreds of dollars. Now, I am unable to continue. I have changed my payment details, reconfirmed them and tried both Credit Card and Paypal. The issue is not on my end.

Considering the trouble DDO and other games have had with internet routing, I wouldn't be surprised if it's related.
