Bring in your Grammar Nazi screenshots!

I'm probably on double secret probation for this, but let's rock.

With spell-check available on every computer with any word processing program, errors like that are rather inexcusable from a major corporation. They could even copy the text over to here and get it checked before it goes live.

I suppose that the typical American (as seen here  ) just typed it as he pronounces it.

I imagine the input box they used to put it in doesn't have spell check, and that the guy doing it is daft. Sometimes work is done in a rush, sometimes very small mistakes are made. Sometimes big ones.

This is hardly even worth raising an eyebrow over.
It's called being human and making errors. We all make them, no big deal really.

You certain it wasn't a forum regular who wrote those descriptions? :)

Yes, we all make mistakes which is why there is spellcheck widely available. Any company that produces text for public consumption should have a SOP where the text is written in a word processor with spellcheck before being copied and pasted into the system.

Of course having SOME description is better than having NO description of how it works - like Guild Renown Pots. At least the Minor pot (haven't seen them all) doesn't even tell you what it does. (I know what it does.)

I'll make sure this gets bugged. Closing however, as there's no need to throw around insults.
