View Full Version : FvS 10, Monk 9, Fighter 1, will it work?

Might need to shuffle feats around a bit. High wis for stunnig Fist. Was hoping this would make a decent melee, 6 % dodge bonus from monk levels, 7 % from feats, and 2 % from Ocean stance lvl 6, 25 incorp from ninja spy. So 15% dodge with 25 % incorp = 36.25 miss chance. http://ddowiki.com/page/Concealment. Didn't pick spells, was thinking maybe heals, command, greater command, and buffs. Took fighter for extra feat for Disciple of fist.

I feel like you have either too many or too few monk levels: too many in the sense you miss out on FvS 12 (lvl 6 spells + AoV II); too few in the sense you miss out on Ninja II + 3rd-tier stances. I also feel like M+SA isn't worth it just for the Dodge bonuses; you can craft Mobility, get 10% Dodge from gear, and gain another 6% Dodge from GMoF.

Have you considered FvS 12 / monk 6 / pal or ftr 2 instead? You miss out on ToD & Imp Evasion, but gain lvl 6 spells (namely Heal) & AoV II.
