Rearranging Gear on my pure druid

I've finally come to the conclusion that I need to start reworking my gear on my pure 25 druid and I'm looking for some recommendations on what I should look for. He's primarily a healer in water form (for icy soul+ice storm+earthquake combo) and does pretty well, the few times I've taken him into EE he's been able to heal people through damage, but I'm looking to improve what I can.

Currently his set up is:

Head: Helm of Blue Dragon (EH, Wis 8, Green: Empty, Color: Empty)
Necklace: Wis 8, diplo 15 <looking to replace>
Trinket: Shamanic Fetish (EH, Yellow: 150SP), will probably replace with insight 3 wis Erudition trinket
Cloak: Dex 6, Resistance 7
Belt: Con 6, GFL (currently looking through toons for con 8)
Ring 1: Ring of Djinn (EN)
Ring 2: Signet of the Shining Sun <looking to replace after getting Erudition trinket>
Gloves: Gauntlets of Immortality (Yellow: Greater Evo, Colorless: empty)
Boots: Halcyon Boots (Colorless: Exc wis+1, Yellow: Empty)
Bracers: Heal Amp 30%, +13 heal
Armor: F. Blue Dragon Scale (Blue: Heavy fort)
Goggles: Unfinished ET Greensteel goggles with +50 SP, Blindness immunity, and PAD (+6)

As he sits now he's at 539 hps and 2979 without buffs

Any feedback or recommendations on gear would be appreciated.

The only thing that is essentially missing are bracers with superior parrying and maybe slotting good luck +2 both of them will give you +6 to saves. GS displacement clickies are very good for EE, I recommend neck slot.

I am using memory alone for this, so it is subject to edits and corrections when I get logged in.

I use the whole Clerics of Amantour(sp?) set on my healer/caster druids. I ditched the armor in favor of the Terrorweb Chitin Breastplate with Con +8. That solves my Wis/Con issues.

Ring-Seal of House Szind/Epic Elemental Essence swap spot.

Belt-GS HP/Heavy Fort

Boots-Cannith Boots of Propulsion

Trinket- Holy Symbol of Lolth

Helm-Minos Legens(yes, I currently have 2 heavy fort items. No, I know they don't stack. But, I like being able to swap the helm out for Reynard's Elegant Hat when dealing with air eles without losing heavy fort.)

Gloves- GS Con-Opp(can swap out if I find better)

Bracers- Bracers of the Glacier(can swap out later if I find better)

Weapon-Twilight with Devotion 120 and currently empty red slot

Cloak-Stormreaver's Tablecloth(not currently upgraded, but working on it)

I am not saying this is a perfect set-up, but it is what I am currently using on my druids.

*Special Note* I do NOT use any heal amp items or enhancements other than the ship buff. I played all clerics for quite a while, and I use me as a control to see what kind of heal amp others have without getting in their face about it. I can then adjust my healing to fit their amp (within reason).
