Fire based: Fire Storm, Flame Strike

Force based: Blade Barrier

Why are there no enhancement lines to allow FvS and Clerics boost their offensive spell power for fire and force Based spells?

Artificers have Blade barrier and force enhancements, why not FvS and Clerics?

I was referring to Flame Manipulation and Deadly Fire as per a Sorc/Wiz.
