How to get Seal of House Avithoul?

Obviously from the House of broken chains mission. But I don't seem to be able to find the matron mother in there.
DDOWiki say "optional path to matron mother" but nothing is obvious to me.

Can someone please let me know where to go or what to do to find this?

Break the three relics, it's in the tower for the third one.

There are three optional areas - you do them and she shows up in the third. In each one, there's a relic you destroy. You need to open a lock and deal with some traps as well.

First is in the first room w/ the cages - there's a hallway with a ladder that leads up to a door.
Second is off of one of the first slave rooms after the open area - the one with two masters if memory serves. Secret door, then up to the area again for another relic.
Third is off the hallway to the final fight - traps and levers and fun, oh my.

Ah, so after destroying the 3 relics the Glabrezu and the priestess count as the matron mother figtht. Now I understand

The glabrezu is the matron mother. Don't be judging her just because she grow up away form her drow body.
