Diamond Body

I was just wondering what Diamond Body really does. It is my understanding that they nurfed this so that you are only immune to natural poisons , which appear to be few and far between.

Are traps natural poisons?

Given that this is aquired at 11th lvl, can I not get the same ability from just having any sort of proof against poison item, as they appear to give immunity to natural poison.

I'm just not really seeing much of a bonus from getting diamond body.

Here's the list of natural poisons (http://ddowiki.com/page/Poison#Natural_Poisons). As you said, poison immunities got nerfed hard last year when U14 / MotU came out and now just provide proof against poison (http://ddowiki.com/page/Immunity_to_poison). :(
