How long can I receive the email?

I just purchase the last pack this afternoon from official website. And 34.99 has already charged from my visa card. But I do not receive any e-mail to tell me the key. How long do you guys wait for the product key? Or other ways can I know the key?

Did you check your spam folder? The email comes from digital river not turbine so may have been marked as spam. I got my email almost immediately.

I had a similar issue with a missing email. I was able to retrieve my product keys at the Digital River site at this url: http://www.findmyorder.com/

I never had problem with this, but you are not first one with this issue, so I recommending, next time when buying in market, at the end of check out you get screen with order details adn those codes. print it out as pdf or if you have printer use that. Im doing that just for sure if something went wrong with email.
