BUG in ACID WIT - The Twelve

Hello Admins, GMs,
I am Fernando Mota and I am in a quest Acid Wit of The Twelve. Got a bug and I would like to know if you could solve this issue to me. My group left, but I would like the XP (I am in yet). My user is fernandomota and I am in my Rogue second life in level 17, if it will help you.
The issue is in the objective: "Throw the levers to unpower the orange crystal: 1 left. We looked for this lever in all area of teh quest, but all of the are pulled.

Help from a GM you must be new to Turbine Games. The right way is to put in a ticket thru the help menu in game but even still a gm won't likely do anything for you.

In all honesty don't bother, in the time for a gm to respond (assuming you are vip or bought points recently, if not you can't even put in a ticket) you could have reran the quest 2 or 3 times. The gm is also likely to tell you that it's a known issue and they're unable to help. (The bug is someone was interrupted while pulling the lever)

Honestly the help tickets are a complete waste of your time, you will not get help, and you will spend an hour or more waiting for a gm to not help you.

Its a known bug the quest is broken

Someone probably got interrupted while trying to pull the lever which broke the quest. Hopefully tomorrows patch will include a fix. (This isn't the only quest that can break)
