So, I just got up this mroning and my husband turns to me and says, "Hey, this might make you upset, but you may want to look at your enhancements on your healer." So I log onto my level 21 healer and saw that they reduced my crit chance for my heals. Ok, that is pretty lame, but I understand that you have to reduce my cleric's crit chance when you are doing it to other casters. Then I found out I had spent 6 enhancement points on an Obsolete Enhancement called "Cleric Prayer of Incredible Life. I thought to my self, "Well DDO/Turbine/WB couldnt possibly require that I have an enhancement that is obsolete to get my Prestige. So I reset my enhancements and spend my 40 points not including the 1 point needed for "Cleric Prayer of Incredible Life". The second part of my Prestige did not come up. How strange... then I clicked on the Enhancement that the devs thought to make obsolete and Lo and Behold!! I could now get my PRE. Now I am in general chat, trying to find what is going on with my character. I'm told that its a "text change" but people are having issues with their crits and some are claiming that is happening across the board. What is going on? What enhancements work? Are the devs really making Clerics and Sorcs take an obsolete enhancement to get our prestiges?

I'm trying to figure out the same thing. What is the point of taking an enhancement that no long does anything. I also did notice it took a lot more to heal others than normal.

DevTracker FTW!

This not intended nor by design. The enhancement is not obsolete: That text being there at all is a bug. However, we're checking to make sure it's working as it's intended to (which is the same as it used to in Update 17).

I just respec'd my cleric at 20 to make more room for a 14th turn and juggle some other youth cluelessness around. I was shocked to see an obsolete enhancement as a requirement for the prestige. At least they could replace it with something else, but to just force you to burn points for no reason, good god.

Glad to see it's a bug.
