Repairing Dragonscale Armor

The general vendor in Meridia offers to repair Dragonscale armor. Is there any advantage to getting your Dragonscale armor repaired there, as opposed to at any of the other vendors?

As of U11, dragonscale armors no longer required special repair shops. AFAIK, there's no advantage in getting it done in Meridia and I've not had a problem with the repair work done on my DS gear by any facility in the last two years.
