Still NO fix here for DDO Forums handle/name

Well -- whatever they did to fix things, didn't take at this end -- still stuck with the temporary forum name instead of my real one.

We are aware of a smaller subset of users who for a variety of outlying reasons didn't get caught by our code fix. We're working on these by hand now that the number is down to a managable level. If you happen to be in this state, you can use the subject line "Need Final Migration Step".

If you already have a ticket in with us, you do not need to resubmit in order to receive help, and we will be sending out an email shortly to update you.

I was one of the lucky few who's todays first broad brush fix did not help. All you need to do is either submit a ticket or update you're existing ticket that your still having problems. Describe the situation and detail. In my case they responded and fixed my forum account within 1 hour.
