The epic Adamantine Knuckles that is.

What augments would you use in your Adamantine Knuckles? I just can't decide.

Unless there is a hidden property the only thing that I would put on addy nuckles is dust from stitting in the bank waiting on better augments to come.

Nice to have the freedom to choose but there are just so many good wraps that I don't see them being all that useful.

Then again I generally like more utility on my wraps than straight damage except for boss beaters.

IMO monks have better options for doing damage, however I can see a clonk slotting radiance/devotion/200 sp, especially when using blue scale for the lore.

Generally I use 'em for trade bait, but that's me ;)

The Adamantine Knuckles are the kind of weapon that has a low relative power level right now because the melee red augments are mostly just average. If there comes a time when some new melee based red augments are released, then the power level goes up. For instance if they release greater bane, stunning 10 and vorpal augments as an example, then you have a very potent combination. But, we don't have those things right now so other options are just better currently.

As mentioned, if you can make use of caster based augments on a clonk for instance then the consolidation is worth looking at.

Do Adamantine Knuckles increase the +[W] damage as they go up in quality/difficulty level?

Yes, but only the EE version. They are 3.5[W] which makes them the highest +[W] a monk can wield at the moment. So, somewhat appealing as boss beaters if you happen to slot augments a particular boss is weak too. I can think of a few scenarios where they are probably the best damage for a monk against a particular boss- but in doing so, you can easily make them terrible against many other bosses. Overall ,they are pretty meh compared to other high end wraps.

Like others have suggested... some different flavored augments could potentially make these wraps (and specifically the EE version) pretty awesome.

E hard version increases dice also, though its only +2.0, unless they fixed it in the time I haven't been playing...can't doubt that. I tr'd then left the game for 2 months lol
