We know that Bladeforged Paladin is the first one. His Deity is Lord of Baldes and he is created in the forges of the Cannith Manufactury. I read somewhere that there will be 4. So what do you think the other 3 will be. Who will be their Deity and where will they be created.
One possibility....Drow Priest/Priestess - Deity=Lolth - Created in Demon Web
What do you think the others will be?

Berserk Fighter/Barbarian.
Deity - Crom (as in Conan The Barbarian, wrong setting but you get the idea).
Created - Lived as a wild man on the plains with no regard for rules or authority.

If we are getting 4 (i hope we are getting like 8...) i guess will be 1 per sphere, so 1 divine, arcane, martial and primal.
->Divine -> Bladeforge
->Arcane-> Elf + Mage will be my guess. Mythals are tipicl things on faerun.
->Martial -> Purple Knight
->Primal->Some kind of animal barbarian (like bear tribe, owl, tiger etc)

Be nice if they lined up to the Eveningstar comm turn in folks so new players had a clear-ish path for gear, and their gear was moderately optimized to slot into movable spots.
Purple Dragon Knight (fighter? dwarf?)
Woodsman (ranger? elf?)
Villager ... not sure if there's a monk option - I could see this as a barbarian or acrobat? Halfling Acrobat?
War Wizard ... Sorc? Human?
Cleric of Amanananananantor

Could anyone provide some general information on what Iconic Hero Classes are? Did they originate in PNP? If so, what version? Are they supposed to have some inherent bonuses that set them apart (above?) other classes?
Thanks in advance.

Where is the info about the Bladeforged Paladin?
I seem to be missing all kinds of stuff since the new forum update.

Wait-what-seriously? So the first 15th level Iconic Hero, first pc to start it's adventuring carreer in Eaveningstar... Is a WF Pally "forged in the Cannith Manufactury"!? Are you ******** me? Seeing how any adherence to lore is obviously "out the window" there's no way to guess what the other iconics will be.
TBH, my main question is wether these will be well thought out, properly built PGCs (pre-generated characters) or 15th level extensions of the "path" system... /shudder
DrizztClone™ erm cough, I mean drow renegade.
Ranger, with a panther companion, TWF scimitars - dex build (which they were talking about allowing finesse with dervish in the enhancement pass).

Afaik, they're not from pnp (unless 4e, which I recoiled from). They're "veteran status" on crack ;) 15th level pregenerated characters that start with "unique race/class abilities" that start in Forgotton Realms instead of Eberron.

The LoB is not really a deity. He's more a prophet or rebel leader really. Kind of along the lines of the leaders of the Black Panthers back at their most violent.

They don't start in ES, they start in House C.
And you can use a path (which a dev stated was designed to be sub optimal but "safe" for new players) or you can build them by hand (I think the only restriction is L1 must be pali)
Since we have Elminster, it wouldn't surprise me if there was some sort of *echoes of Mystara* or Elminster apprentice type thing that gave us access to some very limited Silver Fire abilities.
If you think back a few months we had an error creep up where we had a fvs/cleric spell get its name changed to Silver Fire. It was changed back very soon after..... I'm thinking that was a slip up based on them working on some version of what I speculate above.
So human wizard that has 1 or two extra spells that are silver fire based, maybe even with +2 int and =2 to con or something.

From the original (pre forum merger) official announcement:
Shadowfell Conspiracy will have more than just new quests and regions, we will also be raising the level cap to 28 and providing something often requested by fans: faster access to the Forgotten Realms! With a new prestige character feature we are calling Iconic Heroes; we think we have an innovative solution that will get you right into the Forgotten Realms starting at level 15. Each of these Forgotten Realms born characters will start as a race class combination with new racial abilities. I can’t wait to tell you more about these characters in the coming months.
Guess I missed the announcement where they changed their minds...
Appologys to all for the missinformation...
Edit: I would've provided a link, but am unable to dig up the original post, if you google "DDO Shadowfell Conspiracy" you get a link to tentonhammer who still has the original DDO post available

The cookie cutter equivalent of what they have in Neverwinter.

The character creation screen on Lammania has the new iconic heroes as they stand at the moment. Bladeforged is available to test but the other 3 are shown as coming soon. They are:
Shadar-Kai the lethal rogue who has throw off the Netherese yoke who draws on innate powers of the Shadowfell to hide and kill.
Purple Dragon Knight, a stalwart fighter
Morninglord A battle-ready cleric.
The Morninglord iconic used to be shown as the 'Sun Elf' so they are possibly still subject to changes. Shadar-Kai in particular 'looks' very good with their new armour and lots of piercings.

...What do you think the others will be?
Honestly I think they will all be a waste of time and TP.
But that is just me. Seems silly to play a toon for what 13 levels tops and then not be able to do anything else with that toon but run around being the same person as all the other iconic toons.

you know granted they are limited i dont mind them so much. Im just wondering the cost of them. Reason i dont mind if you really wanted to play a toon with a friend you could make one and yes they probably would be a flavor build. We know people will buy them anyways to see if they can find something to make decent build.
