Fix the forums

When not logged in but browsing the forums I get no errors.

When logged in (using Firefox OR Chrome) I get: Error 350 (net::ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_LOCATION): Multiple distinct Location headers received. This is disallowed to protect against HTTP response splitting attacks.

ditto if I try from main page - but apparently something works since it didn't happen when I tried to open this message.

A session timeout longer than 3 minutes would be nice too
