We are currently investigating an issue with the in-game browser window which can cause 404 errors or page load failures during a ticket/bug submission in the game. If you experience an issue while trying to utilize these features, please use the web browser based version of the bug reporting (http://ddobugs.turbine.com/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic&deptID=24037) or ticketing (http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/splash.asp) instead.

Nope... As one of the main issue is that you get logged off from the web page automatically before you have time to submit your bug report...
And as stated in another thread there will not be any 'Stay Logged in for days' option, you can guess where it's going to lead.

Why would anybody think they could fix this? The bug reporting has been broken since what.... Pre-Mo8 "Reaver's Refuge"? How many years is that? 5 or so? Really, it's amazing....

It was fixed, for a short time, the new tool was great and worked fine, until they improved the forum... then it went down in flame.

Thanks for the info, this along with the Store has crashed on my PC. I re-installed the game and was about to re- format the laptop. So, at least you saved me a lot of time :)

Almost one month on and you still haven't fixed this. That is a real indication of how much you care about customer service.

Update - the game engineers have some changes going into the next patch to help to alleviate this error. In the interim, if you receive an error page or blank black page when loading into the game, logging out to the character select screen (do not close the client, simply go to character select), then logging back into the world can often force a page load and call up the pages properly. Otherwise using a web browser to visit support.turbine.com and http://ddobugs.turbine.com/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic forms will still allow you to submit tickets & bug reports.

Erm... if only your suggestion didn't cause the DDOClient MEMORY BLOAT (with increased client lag) that's been around for years due to logout/login. You guys do see your client go from 600Megs up to 2Gigs of usage by doing nothing other than logging the same character out and in repetitively?

Well... actually, no.
For me it starts with ~ 2G virtual memory reserved right away, and most of that stays as "just virtual" memory. Core-resident size after a few logout/login iterations still under 1G.
(Then again that's when running in Linux... funny how the game seems much more stable that way, as compared to running under Windows "as designed/supported"... only problem is that my microphone doesn't work in Linux.)

A temp fix I've been able to use is deleting & reloading the browser window - it only lets me in the store once, but at least I can get one per session. Thanks for commenting though - I've been thinking it was just me having no store.
