Potion of Polymorph Self

With the upcoming changes associated with racial enhancement lines, I would like to see a "potion of polymorph self" added to the store.

It should function as follows:

"This small vial contains contains a sweet-smelling sap of ever-changing hue.

Consuming this potion will allow you to permanently change your race. Upon this character's next login, you will be able to choose a new character race from any race you have unlocked or purchased. Choosing a new race will reset any race related enhancements. It will also remove any race related feats and abilities, replacing them with the feats and abilities of your new race. Your original ability score allocations will also be reset, allowing you to redistribute these scores. Race restricted gear and items may no longer be usable in your new form."

The addition of this potion would alleviate a lot of anxiety related to the enhancement pass and I suspect it would be a big seller in general.

(And yes, I know it should probably be a shapechange potion, but I like the word polymorph.)

It'd be better to incorporate it into an LR. Too much is touched by race to do it any other way, IMO.

If I were to shapechange into a marilith, I believe I'd be clumsy with my 6 arms. That and the absence of legs to stand on.

Same thing goes for an elf shapechanging into a dwarf, he doesn't suddenly become more effective against Giants, he didn't get the dwarven tactics training.

I'm ok with the shapechanging potions changing how you look, but not with the ability respec, feats and enhancements. That's not shapechanging, that's reincarnating.
