One more MyDDO issue ... Opera browser :-(

ewwwwwww -- it just hit me.

Currently, the ONLY way to log into these forums using the Opera browser is to log in via MyDDO

MyDDO goes down ? So does one's ability to log into these forums via Opera.

Seriously, HOW much longer will it take for the Devs to just ensure that people can log in with their browser of choice ???

Same with Firefox and same with Chrome.

Since the forums are getting a rework, they'll probably fix that.

...and with MyDDO gone we're probably losing the in-game browser as well. I've asked for confirmation on a couple of threads, but have yet to see a dev response.

Login works for me with Firefox and Chrome for quite some time now. Opera Mobile on my tablet doesn't work though.

Based on past experience, it sounds like you are being unreasonably optimistic ... :-(

DDO Forums are the ONLY online forums I've ever encountered where just the simple, basic log in does not work with Opera.

Opera... The browser everyone else stole from.

I've used Opera since 1994 (from the very beginning) and get annoyed when sites don't work properly because lazy webmasters don't check their work on more than one browser.
