Just thinking out loud here. At the moment my rogue has unbuffed stats:
28 Str
34 Dex
34 Con hp w/o buffs 752
32 Int
20 Wis
17 Cha

Been looking around my feats and whatnot and trying out Legendary Dread. And finding out that i like it a bit, but cant get the full dps value of it because i dont have some feats. Current feats atm:

Toughness
Twf chain
Human Sentinal Dragonmark chain
Precision
Imp SA
Epic Toughness.
(SneakATank rogue build, Chimera Fang main hand, Emg offhand)

Ive been looking at this build for a while, its fun to play but i just dont get enough dps out of it and i know im gonna be shunned for saying this but besides the +2 assassinate and imp para the Emg kinda blows.

Anyway, my idea is to switch a few feats around to drop a tidge of hp but gain decently more dps.
I like having a decent dex but dropping it a bit and going higher str is what ive been favoring anyway, especially when i use my Aga or triple pos gs maul xD

Stats/Feats after Lr (in maxxed out LD)

36 Str
30 Dex
32 Con
34 Int
22 Wis
20 Cha

Toughness
SwitchingPrecision for Power Attack --> Have tier 3 eBlack DragonScale to make up for most of fort bypass.
Switching Least Dragonmark for Cleave
Switching Lesser Dragonmark for Great Cleave
Switching Greater Dragonmark for Ip Crit Slashing
Twf chain
*Epic Toughness
*Imp SA
*Switching either of the epic feats for Overwhelming crit.
(build is built to drop Imp SA since the +8 Str(+10 with ship) and Power attack somewhatly make up for the 3d6. [Gaining 9-10 Base Damage/ Losing 3-18 SA])
- Would love to hear opinions on which one to drop.

Lastly, Usual Weapons: Celestia main, Balizarde/Agony Offhand.

Any hints, tips, suggestions, critiques, etc are happily accepted.

don't forget imp deception on emg - imp deception is a huge dmg multiplier for a rogue who sometimes gets himself into trouble - like me :)

of course, you get imp dec on agony - and if you have it on an accessory even better cause it will proc off both hands

trading a bit of dex for a bit of str is usually a safe decision (unless you're a dex build!)

picking up PA is ok, but sucks to drop precision - as a rogue against anything with any kind of decent fort (bosses) you're better off with precision than PA, even with black scale - nice if can have both and switch situationally

overall, looks like a move from tankiness to dpsiness - philosophically that's how i play my rog too, it just seems more natural and more naturally effective - i'd personally hesitate with all the cleaving, just cause i like to go one-at-a-time and attract less attn that way, but that's personal

i personally prefer fury over LD, but LD is fun too

Yeah, paro a lot of that makes sense.

Dropping precision honestly does suck and i hate doing it, but if i dont like overwhelming crit ill just switch a few things around again.

The eBlackdragon scale is gonna be nice for a few things including the haste guard, which i was snobby about and kust threw a eJorgundals Collar into the build for fun.

For staying out of trouble im gonna try to get my hands on that ring of shadows for the ghostly and lesser disp. Also have 4 clickies of actual displacement, rad two goggles for the fun blinding, seal of house avithoul and like you said, agony has imp deception on it as well.
Plus since i have the haste from jorgundals and hit a LD haste boost ill hopefully blind enough stuff, especially with celestia and some cleaves xD.

Imma weird little rogue. (>^-^)>

And heck without changing too much i can always hop into unyielding and tank bosses again. Already have tanked all the bosses for elite tod.

LD is fabulous for AoE DPS. If that's what you want, go for it. (As you say it is weird for a rogue, but weird doesn't mean wrong.)

If you want single-target DPS, your route is Shadowdancer. (And swapping eToughness for ICrit.) The eMG is an boss trash weapon, but it is a trash boss weapon. You may find your desires satisfied simply by switching it to a +5 HobGlob boss beater.

Yea, shadowdancer is awesome in a lot of aspects; shadow manipulate being one of my absolute favorite, the 15% fort bypass, stealthy which i always have twisted, and def shadow form, which just looks cool to start with. Id say consume too, but i never got it to work that well so eh..

And yeah the eMG is a great trash weapon, and does decent dps, but im def one for extra weapon effects, not just the straight base damage. I know balizarde is kinda that way too, but im hoping it wont bother me too much.

And for the boss beaters i have a pair of +5 2d6 holy burst silver rapiers of evil outsider bane. >.> Need a bit higher on the crafting levels to get greater bane, but they still work great, especially in stance in unyielding for the extra holy and pure good damage.
