I have Insightful Con +3, I'm after Con +8.

Alternatively, willing to trade my Embrace of the Spider Queen with Insightful Con +3 for a Con +8 version. That'd work too, but my armour has already been upgraded with Knight's Loyalty (but isn't bound yet), so if yours hasn't, I'll need something extra ;)
