guild suggestion

I would like to see a Guild Leveling Gem (or whatever you want to call it) that I can purchase from the DDO Store that will allow me to level my guild without having to quest for the renown. The gem could be in several flavors i.e. 1 lvl, 2lvls, 5 lvls or more. This would allow those that have the $$$ to level their guild to whatever lvl they desire (even to lvl 100. Obviously the guild would still need to maintain a renown level or decay kicks in like normal. This would allow turbine to collect money up front from players wishing to have a higher lvl guild or better guild airship.Thoughts? Ideas?

Sorry just can't go along with the easy button on this one.

Now something that would be cool is a loot item such as the Voice of the Master that one could get and wear for added renown or even loot bonus.
