Howdy,

4 days ago I bought a 930TP bundle using BOKU throught the in-game transaction window.
Once the transaction was finished, I got an e-mail from UltimatePay that my purchase was being processed. This morning I finally got an e-mail from UltimatePay saying (and I quote: )



Greetings,

Thank you for writing to us. Please be informed that your order (ID: 761-7793-39402) associated with your account “timhaeck@hotmail.com” at DDO Unlimited using Boku as the payment method has now been processed successfully. The notification of this payment has been sent to DDO Unlimited and this purchase should reflect in your game account now.

Usually just a few minutes, but I've received a similar email about a purchase I made a couple of weeks ago and still haven't received my TP from that one...

While it's possible that a blue name from Turbine might see this and respond, you'll
almost certainly get a faster response by submitting a help ticket.

Go here: http://support.turbine.com/ics/support/ticketnewwizard.asp?style=classic

and provide the same information as above. If it doesn't all fit, save it to a file
and use the "attach a file" feature.

Still didn't get my points.

Did not report a ticket cuz I don't have a credit card n° although I've been premium for 3yrs & probably spent more money than 5yr VIP's...

You may want to edit your first post since it contains you personal informations like the e mail.

Did you try to submit a ticket to support.turbine.com asking if they actually received the payment from "boku"?
