Here are two druid melee builds. Both are designed to use primarily winter wolf form.

Natural Born Killer I

The first build concept is adapted from goodoldxelos’s “Woof” Monk build http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=393251, though in that thread he does not include base stats or enhancements. I also got Epic Destiny ideas from ChoW's Dronker build http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=384488, though his build has a different class split and lacks maximize and quicken for bluebar healing. This first build is unarmed.

- Winter Wolf form for 1d10 slash/pierce 19-20/x3 critical and +2d6 SA with an additional +1d6 from Nature's Warrior I Prestige (Total of +7d6 SA, 8d6 if enemy is <50% health).
- Nine levels of Monk for Ninja Spy I (+1d6 SA) and Shadow Fade (+25% incorporeality), Improved Evasion, and +1[W] damage.
- Wind stance Tier II for +5% doublestrike.
- 3 x Natural Fighting for +18% doublestrike.
- Cleave and Great Cleave.
- Stunning Fist with a decent DC from ED and wisdom.
- Legendary Dreadnought ED with twists from Grandmaster of Flowers and Fury of the Wild - Tier 1: Dance of Flowers (+1.5[W]), Tier 2: Running with Wind (3% Doublestrike), Tier 4: Sense Weakness (Extra stacking damage as mob becomes weaker).
- Total 3.5[W] + 1[W] from deadly weapons = 4.5[W] damage.
- Overwhelming Critical and Legendary Dreadnought ED (Tier 5 Devastating Critical) for Critical Multiplier x5 on 19-20.
- Total of 26% doublestrike while centered.
- Maximize and Quicken for blue-bar healing.

Natural Born Killer II

The second build concept evolved from my attempts to take advantage of shifting rake and sneak attack through use of improved feint. I quickly realized that I would need to take at least one rogue level to max ranks in bluff. I ended up taking 5 levels of rogue for an additional 3d6 (autofeat) +6 (enhancement) SA damage plus trapping skills, uncanny dodge, and more than enough skill points to max ranks in search, disable, and umd. This leads to a total of 6d6 + 6 SA damage in winter wolf form. With trap skills and reasonable self-healing, this build may function well for soloing. (If you are willing to forgo self-healing, you can take shield mastery and improved shield mastery for an additional +6% to double strike instead of maximize and quicken.) This second build uses sword & board in light armor while in winter wolf form.

- Rogue levels for 3d6 + 6 sneak attack, max bluff, umd, and trapping skills plus uncanny dodge.
- Winter Wolf form for 1d10 slash/pierce 19-20/x3 critical and +2d6 SA with an additional +1d6 from Nature's Warrior I Prestige (Total of 6d6 + 6 SA, 7d6 + 6 if enemy is <50% health).
- 3 x Natural Fighting for 18% doublestrike.
- Cleave and Great Cleave.
- Improved Feint for a frontal arc of bluffing attacks that trigger Shifting Rake III for -8 AC (haven't tested this yet).
- Stalwart Defender I for +1 AC, +1 max dex bonus on shields, +10 physical resistance, and optional defensive stance for +2 Competence bonus to Strength and Constitution, +10% maximum hit points, a +1 Competence bonus on all saves, 10 physical resistance, and a 10% bonus to Armor Class from armor and shields.
- Maximize and Quicken for bluebar healing (or take Shield Mastery and Improved Shield mastery for +6% doublestrike; or take Improved Trip and Shield Mastery).

My conclusion from playing a druid is that sneak/proc damage becomes irrelevant in EE for ETR leveling, but everything works up until then. For EE builds, I start my builds by figuring out which stuns/CC I will use, and then work backwards to a build that makes those stuns/CC work most of the time, with 30-40 healing per second and decent tankyness.

The mortal fear proc does around 200+ per hit on average in EE. Everything else is 45 or less, so stops being relevant when you are fighting 12k+ HP targets. Mortal fear requires a T3 thunderholm level 28 weapon though, so it is useless for ETRs.

I have ran a couple druid wolf builds at end game before and you are missing 1 big thing. You are missing the twf feats which affects wolf form now and if you pick those feats up your DPS will go up immensely. I did run a 9 druid 6 monk 5 rogue which was great DPS but was a little lacking in healing. I would also suggest looking up my current wolf build its called Togg the winter wolf.
