Gianthold Map Issue

So, my third life pally was exploring the heroic Gianthold, has all the explorer points and I'm working on slayer while waiting for my guildies to log in, and I notice that the map is still dark.

Anyone have any idea why my map didn't automatically fill in when I completed the explorer points?

Bug. Was reported on day 1 of U17. Still borked.

Explorer count in wilderness list for heroic + epic doesn't add up to max shown on list.

Also, the jarilith won't spawn, so you can't even complete the rares.

And the Epic Rares still spawn in the heroic area as CR 1, complete with chests.
