I have had my VIP subscription reduced to a premium even though I have paid for 3 months.
I noticed this last night when I logged out. I submited a ticket to account support of which I get a automated reply saying they will get back to me in 5-7 working days.
I come to log on today to see that out of my 11 characters(1 slot I bought) I may keep 5? Wheres the 6th I have bought, though thats besides the point.

So I logged out and payed for another 3 months. After that I see this thread ->http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=412732.
As it stands I am owed 5months VIP access as my bank statement shows u debited my 3 month subscription 1 month ago.
How do I contact account support and get a real time answer to my billing question regarding monies of mine that Turbine appear to have misappropriated?

As Memnir mentioned, contacting Account Support should get this resolved. One possibility may be that you were impacted by this issue here. (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=412732) Account Support will know more.

would someone please be as kinda as to tell me the full international dialing code.Wouldn't that be something along the lines of: 00-1-855-WBGAMES or 00-1-781-407-4020?

I have no idea where you are calling from, so I cannot adjust time-zones for their hours. So, here is a converter (http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc) so you can figure out when is best for you to call.
