do u have lvl0? or lvl 1? because if you just took the ED you have lvl 0

i lvled that ED being sorc and got the extra timer for the lvl 1-2-3-4-5 ED

People like this make all of us, meaning those who complain about meaningful bugs as well, just look like crybabies, and really only make us look bad.

Well if we go down that way, Guild ranking ( you know the /guild createrank and /guild renamerank commands ) has been broken since the mod it was introduced in. ( yes a mod, not even an u )...
Or the Shroud collectables ( 3 side quests ) have always been broken, since the Shroud was introduced. ( again a module, not an update )

But it seems nobody cares about them as there's nobody shouting that they have to be fixed.

Well, the divine EDs don't add caster levels to your cleric spells, so much the same there.
