Help.. everything in the forums is in French

Yeah I have no idea how to fix this. On the home page its all in english. I even clicked the little english icon numerous times. However when I get to the forums page everything is in french. Obviously not peoples posts but all the other stuff. It's annoying. Anyone know how to fix it.
