O.k. although I said earlier I thought the loot bonus was cynical...ASAH and all...after several hours of game play I honestly have not taken anything anywhere that I feel is +2 loot...this could be just my present level...but at lvl 19, +2 should mean lvl21 or does the lvl cap/epic destinies stop this happening?

Does this stack with jewels of fortune, i.e. if I have a Huge jewel running, do I get +4 loot?

I pulled 2- 20-min. Greater Heroism potions from Coalescence Chamber elite(lvl18) last night, those are ML20.

Had jewel +2 as well.
