You can't take monk and barbarian levels with the same character sadly.

So your best bet then is to take 18 barbarian levels and 2 fighter levels.

The 2 fighter levels give you the bonus feats you need for power attack and cleave.

All the normal 7 feats are taken as toughness, and you have the highest base max hp character in the game.

Well....a pure 20 barbarian that takes all 7 feats as toughness has 4 more max hp....so thats not really true, but you wouldn't be able to take PA or Cleave...so no FB 3.

Nobody is really going to go with all toughness feats...especially with the barbarians already insanely high max hp.....but that ist he way to get the most hp in the game pretty much.

ya can still go barbarian or fighter, and use the Fury of the Wild Epic Destiny.

last tier gives you...

Two-Handed Fighting,
Improved Two-Handed Fighting,
and Greater Two-Handed Fighting

Oh, you need just 500+ hitpoints to group in any quest above level 12, so the charisma is not needed, skill and dps are useless as well.
