Questions about Druid

Hello ppl

Have some questions before I buy them :)

1) Planning to make a caster druid. Are they good? (Lets take Epic Hard as base).
2) Most of the features in Primal Avatar says "when in animal form"..does water/fire elemental forms count?
3) If not, which ED is good for caster druids?
4) My main is a PM wizard, alt is a monk. Will druid suit my style of play??

Finally,

are they worth 1495 TP ? :P

No idea, at lvl 15 atm ^^

*I don't think so, I believe Primal Avatar is for melee mostly, and animal form is either wolf or bear

3) If not, which ED is good for caster druids?
*Magister, Shiradi or Draconic?

*Yes. I TR'd my main to a wis based druid, and with Torc and Con-op, its a pretty survivable build with good melee dmg. I have a mix of caster and melee feats, like power attack, maximize, natural fighting, quicken and empower, taken in that order. Toughness somewhere. Helf with fighter dilly for martial weapon prof. Elite DA was very fun at level 13 or so ^_^

My play style is a mix of monk style fighting and caster, with takedown, and the other spell like attacks (which don't work in antimagic cone against beholders :/ ) and some CC spells and nuking or dots against bosses.

Maybe should have taken less than full 18 points of wis, and a few more in dex for better reflex saves. Slotting devotion somewhere is a problem.

Very good at soloing stuff and doesn't need a hire for heals in most content after lvl 11 (greensteel gear) Gianthold walkups on elite were a walk in a park.

Talking about end game.
I'm currently running a max wisdom completionist druid with 2 extra sorc PL + evo Focus + draconic evo Bonus + Magister evo Bonus twisted.
Got 2 modes:
- cc mode as shiradi water elemental
- dps mode as draconic water elemental ice Dragon

Mostly running as shiradi atm as cc.
Earthquake + ice storm + water elemental debuff is imo the best EE cc in the game now (EE Tor, EE madstone ...works everywhere)
I don't like to be 90% cc and 10% dps that much, but it has ist moments
