New Lamannia Build

Lamannia has a new build!

This build should fix a number of bugs, including:
Free to Play players should be able to access the normal Auction House again
Randomly generated loot that is BtCoE can now be posted on the Shard Exchange after they have been bound (as all BtCoE items should)
The Quiver of Poison now throws the standard "Are you sure you want to bind this to your character" alert when you equip it the first time

This implies that named items which were BtCoE cannot. Is this case? or I have
a missed a bug in the first incarnation of the exchange where named items could and
random items could not?

If named items cannot, it seems somewhat limiting.

named btcoe already can be placed on the shard house even after being equipped, it was only random loot that had a problem hence the fix that was needed.

Lamannia is getting a new build! The world will be down until 2pm EST (GMT -5).

So I assume the awful turn in rates for collectables remains the same? I will be curious to see if that has changed but I doubt it.

ONLY Premmie and ViP can use it as they have made no mention of FtP being given access to it.

reason I am askin is I was workin on a completionis build an need more hearts of wood but sadly can not as ddo store has been down for hearly a month when will it be back up

I also remember the devs specifically stating that that was exactly what Lammania
was not for. They want player testing on the changes they are making. They
don't see it as a recreation ground for the testing out of build ideas.

Having said that, I'm not really sure what Lammania is for as most of the feedback
given is ignored and the bugs always make it through to live...

if all peeps did was test new content an patches an did nada else lama life would be boring so do little of both it is my choice plus what major test is there in this patch other than seein if astral shad aka turbines way to get u to spend real life $ in game for a system that only maybe 20% of people will use if an only if they want to run up there or there parents credit card bills they should be workin on game content an bugs turbine an staff not introducinc **** like astral shard ah an dumb dice game that is my opion an 5 cents

Treasure room is a Mournland thing related tot he NPC. So it doesn't exist. The scripts Squeak runs does the job nicely for targetted testing.

lol he's just taking advantage of the fast leveling events on lama he probably isn't wasting any real time on it i'm guessing. he just gets leveled to 20, TR's, hits the next event, levels to 20, TR's etc.

Ok so I know I'm probably asking for too much but it's just a suggestion anyways, Squeak has done massive work with the scripts from the U17 and U16 items to be posted, putting up the guide near the harbor trainers along with the bank keeper, fatespinner, and Kruz. This has greatly helped all of us in testing what we want to test and what you guys are asking us to test via special events or so :P

One thing that's hard to be tested out is Favor because we have to do the quests itself, we probably wouldn't bother doing them in Lamannia since we know that it will be easier to them over in the Live servers because of course, it's the Live servers. Since Lamannia is a test server, we should be able to test these Favors as well because who knows what bugs those favor rewards have? Well, we will never know unless you guys find a way to provide us with max favor to all of the Patrons in-game. I know it's such hard work to do but this is just a suggestion anyway :) a lot of people have asked of this before but it wasn't applicable :P just think about it anyway Turbine :D

Squeak has confirmed this during events as well. Appreciate the time taken by all parties to respond to that question.

agree - and I wish. Seems like it might be a problematic logic issue... so Soon™ :D

I made the mistake of TRing my favor toon which was able to be copied to Lammania - so instead of everything (almost) completed on Elite - no has none. So *shrug* we trudge on.
