cant buy TP

Im trying to buy TP, and i get an error message
this happens when y try to pay with a credit card, and when i try to pay with paypal.
"there was an error processing your request. Please try again"

this has been happening to me for the last week or so.
im kinda lost too on where to ask for help. is in this forum? should i do a in game ticket? what is the category and sub category(s) ?

Have you updated/reconfirmed your paypal info at https://myaccount.turbine.com/? Since the billing maintenance last week, those who wish to use paypal need to reconfirm their info through turbine.

i have updated my card and paypal information already and the problem keeps happening
