The dogs are dumb as mud sometimes and I think when it comes to buffing they are a PITA and also buggy.
Also, if you put them away and then bring them back they have nothing.
I would like to see them inherit the buffs that the owner has. Only the clickable shrine buffs, not the other ones.
If the dog dies, the buffs go away as normal.
Whadyarekon ?

I was able to get my wolf to click the shrine buffs. The resists and the stat ones.

yes anything that doesn't have dialogue. but it's still a bit of a pain, having to buff yourself and the pet. Slows you down, slows the party down. I don't think the buffs should persist through deliberate dismissal of the pet, but it would be nice if, when the pet is present when you get your ship buffs it was granted them automatically.

Maybe a new set of enhancements, to counter the uncaring master ones, called overcaring master. All buffs applied to you go to your pet.

It is quite the pain to lose all the buffs because you dc while loading into the quest. Which is happening a lot lately.

The continuing need to dismiss/resummon to fix an unresponsive pet kinda makes allowing them to get other buffs a bit pointless.

why would you need to buff your lever-pulling automaton?
(seriously, they're not much good for anything else... )
