When i try to upgrade my account from Premium to VIP, as I go through the billing info I get told I can now play Lord of the Rings. Is this a typo or does it include DDO?

Were you able to successfully get your DDO VIP subscription? Wondering if this is a text error. For example, do you now have more character slots, and races/classes available to you?

I didn't complete the forms, I bailed out where it said about Lord of the Rings. Still unsure whether or not to proceed as I don't really want LOR subscription.

I want to resume my VIP but this is what I'm getting:

First I click on [Get Unlimited Access]

Then it shows my (Credit Card on File) I click [Submit]

Then I get this message:

Why LOTR??? I want DDO. Please help I want to renew my sub for DDO.

Hello.
The day after the servers were down my wife and I renewed our VIP subscriptions but did not receive any TP for doing so.
Is this being delayed after the down time until the 250 point are given out or do we need to contact customer service?

x_gel_x, I would contact the Account Management team just to be sure that your VIP subscription is started correctly.

CR-Shadowborn, if you still have not received your VIP Turbine Points, you can contact the Account Management team to look into that.

Sorry it took a while to gt back to this. It has been a busy day.
I will have to submit a ticket tomorrow when i find out what card my wife used to pay for the VIP upgrade.
