Icy Burst + Icy Blast

I Festival Icy Bursted an Icy Depths weapon I got and then read the decription of Icy Blast closer and realized there is some overlap on the crit profile between Icy Burst and Icy Blast. Does the 1-10:2-20:3-30 extra damage on a crit stack or does it only count one of them (like if you try to use Frost arrows/bolts with an FIB weapon it will only count the one on the bow/crossbow for the Frost portion of damage).

Unfortunately, the character I want to place the weapon on is still too low a level to try it out and since it is BTCoE I can't test it yet myself. Has anyone tried this yet? I may have already wasted the No.5 recipe, but it would be nice to know.

Well you can craft it on a GS, so I don't see why it wouldn't stack.

I also have a +2 flaming khopesh of icy depths I bursted and it looks like its stacking to me whenever I crit.

Awesome! Does it just add to the existing burst damage or does it show as its own proc?

There is a thread discussing stacking here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=404163&highlight=festival+stacking). It sounds like there can be some problems.

I tried to add it to an Icy Depths weapon which has Tidal and Icy Blast. It did not add the Icy Burst. It does not mention not working with Icy Blast. It's a different effect. It just bound the weapon to my character. Sigh.

It added the effect to mine just fine (at least the text description says FIB is on there).
