I made a purchase in the ddo store and bought 250 of each greater essence, in 10 lots of 25, and l made the purchase twice yet l have only received one group of essence so 250 of each, yet l should've received 500 in total and l have restarted my client a couple of times in the hope that would fix it but l am still missing those essence. The account l purchased them on is Crashriot and the character l was on when l made the purchase is Akajin. If you are able to offer any help that would be greatly appreciated
