What is best prr?
A warforged in adamantine body and lets say an epic elite docent (lvl24/25?) or someone in a fullplate epic elite armor (lvl24/25)?
If all other things are same?
Or is it not as easy as this?
(I wonder cause i have an idea of a favoured soul or cleric survivability toon, but i really like 1 more feat as human + heal amp but if wf gets more prr i have to rethink maybe)
