It seems that the competence boost to attack and damage is only acting as +1 no matter what version I loot.

Are you sure you aren't receiving a competence bonus from anything else? Unfortunately lots of things give a competence bonus to hit and damage in the game and they don't stack.

Can you verify that Dream Visor damage stacks with Epic Claw set? The bonus type on the claw set is not obvious.

Those mutations are finished in our internal Update 17 build, and giving the proper amounts.

Thank you very much Feather! One clarification though, please, if possible: about the +4 competence bonus to attack and damage, should it stack with the ship +2 damage (no damage type bonus stated in the buff icon, but there's speculation about it being competence bonus as well)?
