no greater heart of the wood in the ddo store

Hello There,

i found nothing in the internetz and the forums, so i will ask my question here : )

i am looking for a greater heart of the wood, i cant find it in the ddo store.
Did i do something wrong? there is no minimal level i guess?
i only can buy smaller heart of the wood. (and i cant find Tomes of Learning too)

Use the search function in the store. What level are you? Are you already a 32 point build?

Also, check the box that says "show all" instead of the one that restricts what is shown based on the character looking.

ah okay, i didnt buy the 32 point build item.
after that i have to buy a heart i guess, so i need 2 items : /

i there a reason i cant buy tomes of learning (greater)?

and when i buy a the 32 point build item, can i create a character with 32 points, or do i still need a reincarnation with a hear?

you will not see the TR heart wood in the store until you reach the lvl20 with the toon

You can't buy a greater tome, only an upgrade from lesser tome to greater.

Not sure if they sell lesser tomes in the store.

About 32 point builds. Once you unlock it by gaining 1750 total favour or by buying it at the store you can freely make 32 point characters.

1750 favour may seem daunting at first, but levelling to 20 should get you there, depending on the number of adventure packs you have.
To illustrate, i'm levelling my TR sorc by doing all quests elite and when done with all lvl 4 and lower quests i already had 400+ favour.

edit: to be clear, existing 28 point characters will of course still need a greater heart to become 32 pointers.

ah okay, thanks for helping me understanding the mechanics : ) a little bit confusing! :D

my problem is the following:

i have a lvl 6 cleric, i bought the steam deal with the expansion, so i got a greater tome.
I gave it to my first Character : ) didnt think this game was so much fun for me. That char is hard missskilled :> -i hate that... but didnt rly understood the game mechanic the first day... ^^;

now i want to create a solid 32 pt character, with a greater tome of learning. Buying a few turbine points shouldnt be the problem, the problem is that i havent that much time to spend, so i would like to get the bonus experience :D

so if i want to use the current tome, i must play with my character, that isnt a problem, but i need a greater heart for him (must change 2 class- levels), and buy lvl 32 point build before?

alternative:
start a new char, after buying 32 point build - but without tome, that would suck :D

Option 1: play current character with the greater tome and fix the build with a lesser reincarnation. you have 1 free lesser reincarnation. You will still be 28 pointer, but this will cost you nothing.

Option 2: Buy 32 pointers, buy a greater heart to fix the character. Play current character at 32 points with greater tome. This will likely cost you around 2300 turbine points.

Option 3: Buy 32 pointers. Create a new character from lvl 1. Buy a greater tome of learning upgrade since all characters you make start with a lesser tome. This will cost around 1500 points, but you will have to start over from 1.

The point cost included are estimations, i didn't look for the exact price in the store.

edit: ah just saw you wanted to swap levels around, so the free reincarnation won't suffice. You will need a +x lesser/greater heart, where x is the number of levels you want to change around.

so my plan:

create a instant lvl 4 char (i can, dont know why :D)
and buy an tome upgrade for the tome of learning! :) that should work if i understand right. Losing to levels isnt that bad, because this time my character feels "right" :D and not that gimped ^^
