Just curious, but why aren't the ice skates available for purchase in the DDO Store. I certainly don't want to waste ice game coins to rent skates that dissappear after 15 minutes. I would much rather purchase a pair from the store that i could share with all my characters on my account. I know they have been available in the past, since I have a pair on my other account. So how about bringing them back to the store before the end of the week please.

I teleported into the Harbor and there was snow! Yay, Risia! I do enjoy the limited events. Will have to get over to Eveningstar and test out the skating.

Will have to get over to Eveningstar and test out the skating.I'll be honest - I love the look of the snowy Harbor. It's still the only part of the Games I actively enjoy. But the mood and atmosphere of the wintery Harbor... I flat out adore it. I wish they'd apply it to every zone in the city, quite frankly.

Yup. I sent a ticket in about it and waited in the stuck spot for about 50 minutes for a response. During that time at least 4 other people got stuck in the exact same spot. Gave up on the ticket and /stuck. Ran around taking care of a few other things for about another 30 minutes.

I switched characters and find my ticket closed during the 30 seconds it takes to switch and load characters. (Don't you love it when the DMs do that? That's been the MO of the DMs for the past year. They wait until you log off to send a tell.)

It would be funny if it wasnt true.....then they get credit for a closed ticket and pat each other on the back for a job well done.

Best one ever was we were doing mon/scorp and at the very end it wouldnt advance so we could get our chests, I put in a ticket and so did one of the other guys. We both got a GM and the one I was talking to told me sorry about my luck and started lying through his teeth about how there was nothing he could do and we needed to start quest over, meanwhilethe GM my buddy was talking to said let me take care of that for you and set things right. So I tell the GM I was talking to what just took place and he got wound up and started telling me I had no business having a second GM talking to another player and got all bent out of shape for being caught in a lie and not having any way out of it

Add me to the Scratching-Head list as well.
We're talking Eveningstar here: of my 18 characters only 4 can even get to the place. So much for incentive to get more of them over there before the Festival ends.


For someone giving a "detailed explanation", the fact that only one character per account per day gets the BtC tokens is pretty significant information to leave out, Brace...
