Lag Strikes Again - Party Wipe

Just had to vent a little. Please address this, it's been going on for too long.

No kidding.. just got out of a EH CitW, as soon as things spawned, the instance would lag hard.. near the end of it, small spiders came up and it practically locked. Totally out of hand.

Just a theory, but on my server it is said that restarting DDO just before entering CitW cuts out most of the lag. Haven't had a spell last more than 5 seconds since I started this.

Has happened to me no less than 3 times the last two weeks, in TOR. Maybe 4, but that may have been drunken stupidity.

Basically, I get to that big excuse for a black dragon jerkface wyrm, and lag out. I hear the hiss of jets, the clash of arms, and everything blurs like a jerry garcia concert. Next thing you know, "BWWWWWWOOOOOOOOM!!!" I'm dead.

And the pug thinks I am making the old, oops I lagged excuse. But I really did lag!

Even worse, I think I move to a safe place, accept res, and BLUR, dead so quick the res WOOOOOOOOOOO noise blends with the dead BWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOM! Is absurd.

We've seen some crazy freezes on Orien recently. Public zones locking up for anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes.

Please address these lag/freeze issues, Turbine. Please.

That's not lag it's the black dragon's undocumented special attack. This attack is so wicked bad that dragon reaches out of the game and pwns your router.

All joking aside. Just join raid group, tell leader you are rebooting your client to prevent lag and do it. This really helps if your client has been running for a while.
