As title states, I have not received my 500 TP as yet. The last time I got any was the 26th November and my guildies all got theirs round about the 26th of December, so what gives? Hoping someone addresses this asap.


P.S - my vip has never lapsed.

Turbine's system has been known to miss a VIP point grant every once in a while. If after 48 hours from your billing (anniversary) date you still haven't received the TP, contact Account Support directly. They will be happy to help you. Unfortunately, I can't look into or resolve this via the forums.

I have the some problem, last time I got Point was in 24 november 2012.
I opened 2 tickets ( the first dated 29 december 2012 and the second dated 3 genuary 2013 ) and replied to automated e-mails without any answer from support staff!!

Today the monthly 500 Turbine VIP Points are missing.

i didnt recieve mine for december either ... called acounting had them within a few hrs

I'm italian and play from Italy.
My english isn't good enough for phone speaking.

By tickets (now I sent the third) I'm not achieving any answer.

I did as Carpe suggested and rang Customer Support ....... extremely pleasant and helpful lady got me my points in 10 minutes :)

generally points are awarded at the end of the billing cycle but they have been known to goof best chance of getting it fixed it to call them.

I have to ask, did you put in a ticket ?

I've had it happen before, put in a ticket and it was resolved. Probably took 2 days I think.

They'll fix it, it's not something they'd ignore.

I certainly don't see any mention of putting a ticket in, unless it's in some kind of cryptographic message . . . . .

My billing date is the 26th as well. As well, I didn't get my December points.


Sent in a ticket the 11th of the month describing how I checked the Transaction History of My Account in the DDO Store and saw that I did not receive my Points for the 26th.

I got back a response telling me to check the Transaction History of My Account in the DDO Store and respond back if I am sure I didn't get my points on Dec 26, otherwise they close the ticket if I don't reply.

That's really dialling it in. If my report had been actually read, that response would not have been necessary.

I guess now I have to make a toll-free (is this new? wow! let's see if it works for Canada) call to ensure things are handled properly.

You have to call them up. They have a toll free line now, so call them.

When you get the survey after, point out how you received no assistance from online support.
